Restoring a subscription

On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling the app, sign in with the same Apple ID, open Profile → Settings, tap your plan, then “Restore” at the top of the plans.

Cancelling a subscription

Apple bills subscriptions. Cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FitSignal, or from Profile → Settings → Manage in App Store in the app. A free trial cancelled before it ends is never charged. For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

Profile → Settings → Delete account removes your account from our server and the app’s data from your iPhone. It does not cancel a subscription; cancel it as above.

Your data

Your wardrobe, photos and looks are stored on your iPhone. See the privacy policy for what the stylist sends and keeps.
